If you are looking for a friendly community in Montréal and want to participate in our weekly wellness groups – feel free to drop in at any time.
All groups are free, open to all ages, and no pre-registration is required.

Our free Tech Café is led by volunteers and welcomes participants of all ages and their tech questions. It takes place every two weeks on Thursday from 3 to 5PM. We provide an e-reader to all participants. When taking place at 3590 Jeanne-Mance Street, the space is accessible to people with impaired mobility.
