If you are looking for a friendly community in Montréal and want to participate in our weekly wellness groups – feel free to drop in at any time.
All groups are free, open to all ages, and no pre-registration is required.

Our free Knitting and Fiber Arts group is led by volunteers and welcomes participants of all ages. It takes place every Tuesday from 5 to 6PM. We provide all supplies. When taking place at 3590 Jeanne-Mance Street, the space is accessible to people with impaired mobility.
