If you are looking for a friendly community in Montréal and want to participate in our weekly wellness groups – feel free to drop in at any time.
All groups are free, open to all ages, and no pre-registration is required.

Our free Gardening group welcomes participants of all ages and skills. It takes place every two weeks on Wednesday from 11 to 12PM. The group meets at 425 Sherbrooke O. In case of bad weather, there will be an indoor garden-themed activity. We provide all supplies.

Garden Harvest Party

In partnership with Innovation Assistance, community members can garden in and harvest a plot at the Delta Hotel. The group meets at 425 Sherbrooke O and crosses to the garden. Today, celebrate our last day in the garden and bring some some freshly harvested veggies and herbs with you!
